The photo above is of the Indoor Social Area. This area currently has seating for 24. The room is candle lit - has a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and is graced by a wood burning fireplace. The oak and iron tables are dressed in white cotton table cloths and the matching white iron chairs are upholstered with cloth covered cushions.

There is an attached room dedicated to dancing (appointments soon to be completed), separate men's and women's restrooms and three additional rooms - all of which are not  featured in this photo tour.

The Pool Room (right) is carpeted wall-to-wall and features a 4x8 pool table, four bar-high, hardwood tables along with eight cushioned, bar stools.

Our love affair with Florida and outdoor living is apparent in our attempt to make the Outdoor Social Area something special.

Comfortable and relaxed are the optimal words to describe this area. This is the quiet zone. Jazz plays softly overhead so conversation can remain unobscured.

The spectacular roofed patio has Chattahoochee stone floors throughout, soft lighting in addittion to candles at all tables. This area also features a small wet-bar for refreshments.

The roofed portion of the Outdoor Social Area is 1100 square feet in total. Five hundred square feet are in use at this time. The pool portion of the Outdoor Area is in addittion to the 1100 square feet. The total seating capacity of the Outdoor Social Area is currently 28.

Soon, an enclosed hot tub will rest at the top of the hill and to the right of the pool... a great place to relax and get a good view of the waterfall.

Finally, the creek that runs through our property and to the St. John's River. We think it makes for a nice finale.
